Oral presentations in plenary sessions

  • 35' of talk followed by 8' of questions.

  • 12' of talk followed by 6' of questions.

Posters

The poster session will be organized in the following way to give the largest visibility:

  • Flash presentation in a dedicated session;
  • Discussion in front of the poster during coffee and lunch breaks;
  • The poster will be visible during the whole conference time in the exhibition hall allowing additional discussions.

Flash presentations // Guidelines

  • The flash poster presentations are one slide (ppt or pdf) of a graphical abstract.
  • The graphical abstract should contain the poster title, authors and affiliations but no other text and no animation.
  • The presentation will be 2 minutes without questions. 

Posters // Guidelines

  • Poster is an illustrated presentation of an author's research.
  • Authors should display graphs, photos, diagrams and a small amount of text.
  • The poster requested size is A0 (841mm x 1189mm), poster should be print with eyelets (if it's possible).
  • Orientation must be in portrait style.
